Overview
Quick Start is an interactive workshop that helps managers and employees analyze and improve work processes. Participants look at their work as a system of work steps and decisions, people, structures, and controls. The use practical techniques to analyze their work, and apply methods to develop and prioritize improvements, including identifying Quick Wins for implementation within a month.

Create a high level map for one process
Engage employees to find pain points, bottlenecks, wastes
Suggest solutions
Categorize solutions and identify ones that can be implemented in less than one month
